Returns, Refunds or exchange policy
We hope you will love everything that you order from us. We do try our very best to inspect every garment before packaging. However, if there is any fault that you may encounter upon receiving, please do not hesitate to drop us a message or speak to us on live chat and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
* The returns/refunds or exchange policy is subject to the following conditions:
· Your returned item must arrive back at our warehouse no later than 10 days after your delivery date (Malaysia) and 20 days (International). We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives back with us within 14 days.
· Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
· Sales item(s) are non–refundable
Return delivery fees are borne by buyers locally and internationally & will not be refunded unless :
· The item is defective
· A wrong item / size / colour was mistakenly shipped.
Kindly take care when trying on your purchases and please return them in the same condition as you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

We will give you a full refund using the same method you used to purchase your order; all we ask is that the items are returned in their original condition and unworn.
How to return a defective or wrong item:
1. Pack your garment in its original packaging, completed Return Form and Invoice.

2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you sent the parcel using a delivery service that insures your tracking code with you in case we need them for reference.
3. Our Team will get back to you once a return item is received and we will email you. This will normally take 2-3 working days.
4. You may contact firstname.lastname@example.org and advise our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
